River-facing Suites

Kambaku River Lodge offers six river-facing suites: Joao Luxury River Suite, Shawu Luxury River Suite, Ndlulamithi River Suite, Kambaku River House, and Mafunyane Honeymoon Suite. The Shingwedzi Suite has a partial river view from the bedroom and patio. All suites include a kitchenette, covered patio, and en suite bathroom. Each suite has its own BBQ and fire-pit. The Kambaku family home has a fully-equipped kitchen, open-plan lounge, and dining area with a large covered patio.

Meals on Your Patio

Breakfast and dinner are served on your private patio overlooking the Crocodile River. Packed lunches are provided for early safari departures. Dinner is a set menu with vegetarian options available on request. The bar offers wines, champagne, and snacks. Special diet menus can be arranged. Breakfast choices are discussed each evening.

Spa, Pools and Safaris

The lodge has three outdoor swimming pools and a river deck. The spa offers full-body massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other treatments. Game drives into Kruger National Park are led by guide Elvis. Guests can also book the photographic hide, golf at Leopard Creek Country Club, or day trips to Mozambique and Swaziland. Onsite activities include walking tours, board games, and BBQ facilities.

On the Crocodile River

Kambaku River Lodge sits on the banks of the Crocodile River, with direct views into Kruger National Park. It is 20 km from Malelane, 23 km from the Kruger Malelane Gate, and 22 km from Leopard Creek Country Club. Airport transfers from the nearest airport (50 minutes away) are available. Day trips to Mozambique and Swaziland can be arranged.

Personalized Services

The lodge offers concierge service, luggage storage, and private check-in/check-out. Daily housekeeping, laundry, and ironing are provided. Room service includes packed lunches and breakfast in the room. Free WiFi and parking are available. Facilities for disabled guests include wheelchair access and grab rails. Communication is via WhatsApp for orders and requests. The owners can organize safari excursions and golf rounds.
