Luxury Tented Suites
Each luxury tent sits on a private deck with a plunge pool. Rooms include a minibar, electronic safe, air conditioner, and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The en suite bathroom has a shower, plus an outdoor bath and shower. Some tents overlook the Komati River.
Inclusive Dining Options
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. Meals are served in the dining tent or outdoor boma area, depending on weather. Menus change daily; examples include springbok carpaccio, lamb shank, oxtail, and chicken curry. The chef accommodates dietary requirements like gluten-free and vegetarian.
Game Drives and Spa
Two game drives per day (sunrise and sunset) are included. Guides such as Thomas, Respect, Jonathan, and Sabelo lead drives. Wildlife includes lions, cheetahs, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and antelopes. The spa offers massages, facials, body wraps, and an outdoor pool. Other activities: bird-watching, fly-fishing, star-gazing.
On the Komati River
The lodge is set on the banks of the Komati River, covering 15,000 hectares. It is a 2-hour drive from Nelspruit. Airport shuttle service (drop-off and pick-up) is available. Free parking is provided. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the dirt road from the gate.
Concierge and Room Service
Concierge service, private check-in/check-out, and safety deposit boxes are available. Daily housekeeping, ironing, and laundry are provided. Room service operates during meal times. Meeting and banquet facilities are on site. Board games and a shared lounge with viewing deck are open to guests. A conservation fee of R440 per person per night applies.
