Meals are served on a deck overlooking the river. Expect traditional African cuisine cooked on the 'braai' (barbecue). There's also a Boma dinner around the campfire. Chef Karen prepares large portions, and Chef Pretty offers steaks and local dishes.

Game drives run twice daily, led by rangers and trackers. See the Big 5 (lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalo, elephants) plus giraffes, zebras, and more. The lodge has a pool with sun loungers, a gym with Technogym equipment, and a spa with massages, body scrubs, manicures, and pedicures. There's a kids' club with games and board puzzles.
Location & Transport
Simbavati River Lodge sits in the heart of the Timbavati Game Reserve. It's a 5-minute drive from the Nhlaralumi River. The lodge offers airport pick-up and drop-off, plus a shuttle in an air-conditioned van. It's near Kruger National Park for game drives.
