Thatched Suites with Plunge Pools
The thatched suites at Jock Main Lodge include private plunge pools and bathrooms. Colonial-era antiques mix with Zulu and Shangaan artworks. Some suites offer an outdoor bath, outdoor shower, and a daybed with mosquito netting overlooking the river. Fitzpatrick's at Jock has 3 suites with a personal chef, waitress, and ranger.
Dining Under the Stars
The restaurant serves breakfast buffet with hot options, a la carte dinners, and BOMA barbecue. Dinner locations change nightly, including meals in the dry riverbed. Special diet menus are available. The bar offers wine and champagne. Guests have reported excellent food with varied menus-never the same meal twice.
Private Big Five Safaris
Game drives occur on a private concession within Kruger National Park, allowing off-road access and fewer vehicles. Guests see Big Five and other wildlife. The lodge has a heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and spa with massages, body scrubs, facials, sauna, and couples treatments. Walking tours, kids' club, and golf (via Leopard Creek association) are available.

Jock Safari Lodge borders Kruger National Park at the meeting of the Mitomeni and Biyamiti Rivers. It sits on a 6000-hectare bushveld site. Short walking distance leads to ancient Bushmen rock artworks, about 3000 years old. Skukuza airstrip is 35 km away; Kruger Airport in Nelspruit is 150 km.
